The Volunteer Coordinator(s) is in charge of:

• Scheduling all volunteers for the classroom for the entire year.
• Make sure that each volunteer in our school has WSP clearance before volunteering in classroom, activity or going on a field trip, etc.
• Create lists  of volunteers for committee chairs for other school sponsored events.
• Make ourselves available to answer questions about volunteer issues that may come up.
• Help teachers find a volunteer for a certain project if requested.
