Internet Safety Organizations and Resources. Netsmartz at www.netsmartz.org, designed for childrens ages 5-8 featuring interactive characters Clicky, Nettie and Webster. Includes NSTeens, designed for teens and "tweens" (children ages 8 to 13) by Internet safety experts which features comic book style characters who model safer online practices. It addresses issues such as social networking, sexting, and cyberbullying. For parents and guardians, www.netsmartz411.org provides expert answers to questions about Internet safety, computers and the Web.

www.iKeepSafe.org uses an animate mascot named Faux Paw the Techno Cat to teach children the importance of protecting personal information and avoiding inappropriate places on the Internet.

www.webwisekids.org is dedicated to empowering youth to make wise choices online and provide easy to use, school approved Internet safety education for youth ages 11 to 17. Today's e-generation is taught valuable lessons in their own medium using computer games with high tech simulations based on real life criminal cases.
